Bangkok Day Two.
Didn't had much sleep on the first night.
So i'm up early.
I'm always the first to be up.
Alarm set at 6am which is 7am in Sin.
I was kind of worried that there might be people crashing our door and coming in,
So i was wide awake the whole night.
Kj was like a pig -.-
I wonder if there's really something happen,
Am i supposed to save myself or wake him up and wait for him to save me.
Took a pic of our messy room!
I thought everyone will take a picture of their hotel room.
Like standard picture.
But i forgot to take one on the previous night.
So, This should be fine too :/
Stocked up for kj's tummy.
I don't have the habit for supper.
So...
& there on the bottom left of the pic,
Kj's boiling water for me!
Finally, after nagging at hime for one night.
While waiting for him to be done.
He say i need more time, so i'm supposed to wake up first
& call him to wake up when i'm done.
so he need not wait for me-.-
Breakfast at 730 (830 SIN).
Love that bkk has tissue box on every single table.
Even the one at platinum food court.
No need to worry about dirty hands & still got to reach into your bag for tissue-.-

I find seat, he take food.
Always the same thing.
Breakfast for me!
Orange juice is a must for every morning.

Then, Wait for the limo to be here.
& left the hotel at 830.
First stop, the famous temple near rama street.
Lots of singaporean & foreigner came to pray.
The tour guide say that although it's small, but it's very famous
& it's one of the must visit temple for all tourist!
Saw it on few of the bloggers post as well.

Sunny. Eyes can barely open.
Waiting for our fellow singaporean friends to buy the offering.
While kj & i just walked one round to pray.
Too sunny!
It's 32 degree almost every single day -.-
Back at limo & don't feel like getting out of the car alr.
Kaijian. Chatting with our singaporean friends.
Same tour!
Head on to the next stop.
Total of 3 spots lined up for us that day.

This temple here is made of real gold.
& every single detail was build by scratch.
Kj was very very amazed how they managed to build this.
It was so so so so tall!

All the limo, buses with lots and lots of tourist.
There's another temple located next to us.
It's not as famous as this,
but still, we took a walk there after that.
Why the cloud there seems especially nice?
So much SO much nicer than what we have in singapore.

Kj accompanied me as well while the rest went in to pray.

All their driver, tour guide etc are very helpful.
She was taking out pictures of her king for us.
Explaining every single ex-king and all their bkk history while we wait for the guys.
Then, i came to realise thai people love their king as much as we love our family.
They even have the picture of their king in their wallet!
& everytime when she mention the king, there's always a big wide smile on her face.
Considering all the nice deeds the king does, I really do kind of admire the king.
& he look pretty handsum :x
Can't stand the heat. Really.
LAST STOP, final & the most important one: The gemstone jewellery store.
They say that all the tour will consist of this.
& their main purpose for bringing us around is also because of this.
Too many tourist.
Trafficjam like mad.
& after an hour, we got something!
Nope, not gemstone.
It's pure thai silk elephant cushion!
LOL.
Quite expensive but i told kj i can't sleep w/o plushie on my bed.
Yes, my bed is filled with furry toys since i was young.
I think it's a habit.
Cos after i got this elephant,
I slept soundly the whole of that night & the rest of the night.
One of the must bring item in my luggage.
So the main point of this whole tour is,
We would like them to send us to MBK-.-
They say after the tour they can send us to a specific place for free!
So i was asking if the other singaporean in our tour wanna go MBK.
Actually i had a hard decision between chatuchak or mbk.
But still decided on MBK.
& had our dinner there at The fifth.
Food level of MBK.
We thought it's buffet style but actually it's just another restaurant similar to our singapore Marche.
Indiv cards.
10 Baht.
I find their coin rather confusing.
Their 1 baht & 2 baht coins comes in alot different design!
So i always get them mixed up.
Just ask the cashier to pick up the amt from my coin purse himself.
LOL

& it's really nice!

The chicken and the rice taste pretty awesome!
I got mine from the indian store.
Kj's Seafood fried rice from the thai store.
Pretty normal.
It's an international restaurant therefore there's diff store with diff cuisine.
Big cup of Ice tea.
Kj say, Very big cup & alot of ice also.
Walked around after that but there isn't much stuff there!
Didn't managed to get my Iphone casing cos,
we were overbudget.
I spent too much.
So we left & walked to Siam Square & Siam Paragon.
Siam Paragon.
No different form singapore very own paragon.
All the shops there are like the same.
Except the food level there is filled with all different types of delicious food.
Be it fast / Restaurant food.
All filled with people!
After that we walked to the next shopping mall.
Central world which was beside Paragon.
Kj say:
Faster take picture of the mall! So big!
LOL
2nd half of the mall.
It's really freaking huge.
It's like 3 times of Nex.
No, we didn't went in to shop.
Cos we are overbudget :(

So sad that i didn't have time for you.
I bet i will buy lots of stuff there.
I heard it's like our Giant.
Then by the time we are at Central World,
We realised that we are very near platinum mall.
So we took a walk at Platinum mall 1 and platinum mall 2.
I find platinum mall 2 more organised and there's lot of pretty bags there.
Went crazy there.
Seriously.
ALL THE BAGS-.-
So, we walked all the way back to our hotel.
Seriously.
We saved on our transport fee just for shopping.
LOL.
Actually we did intend to take tuk tuk or cab back.
But since we are at platinum mall
& it's just 5 mins walk away from our hotel, Might as well walk right?!
& to drop our loots cos i think kj's dying.

I offered to help but he just told me to shop.

I didn't buy any clothes that day-.-
The triumph bra & Naraya made me overbudget.
I couldn't resist. It so freaking cheap.
& the naraya most of the item is gift or help people buy one.
Kj's brought one sling bag for his dad.
& i brought one sling bag & one flats for myself :/

It's increasing day by day.

One plastic bag actually contain 5/6 of the same one in it.
Dropped our bags & i changed into the new bag :D
We went platinum mall for dinner!
Very budget cos we overspent.

Actually we ate very little for dinner cos i told him i want to have swensens later.
He scare he won't have space for it, so he ate very little as well :/
& we shopped before our meal again.
2nd round shopping despite overbudget-.-
So eager to eat.
Cannot, take picture first.
$5+ Fondue at Bkk Swensens.
Why so cheap & nice?!
Plus, swensens at bkk only serves Ice-cream & nothing else.
I find it better this way.

I love it so much & i really need it for the next 2 days of my shopping trip.
Don't wanna carry a big A4 sling bag out :(((

2 round of shopping trips,
Visited all the famous shopping mall in bkk,
Was stalked by a middle age men halfway & i didn't realised it until kj told me that we were followed.
I thought girls better in this area? :(
I guess i was too engrossed in my shopping spree.
Kj's had a tough job while we were in bkk.
Need to hold my shopping bags, take care of me, direct the way (Cos when i shop, all i think about is shopping & nothing else) Take care of my passport and etc.
LOL.
& i even want him to stay awake till i sleep.
But i slept very well when i hugged the elephant.
Hehe.
very happy with my shopping haul!
Day 3 was even better!
