Bali Day Two!
Taking a break from studies.
Mad hectic schedule cause it's the last final lap for this semester.
Exam and ppt next week.
Follow by thousand of proj due dates -.-

How our Villa looks like.
It's so pretty on the outside with Villas align side by side.
Really pretty in real.
We spent a good 15-20 mins trying to take a good photo there
but almost all fail and the sun is killing us.
I think I take better pic that Kj.
What do you think? Hahaha
While waiting for our driver!
We are actually up pretty early like 7am?
went for breakfast at 8 as we are scared that we can't make it on time to meet the driver.
He is SOSOSO punctual.
He arrived way before 10am and was waiting outside already.
We were still watching tv and wondering why he isn't here yet.
Then kj suddenly happen to think that he may be outside waiting
cause it's not nice to knock on our door and rush us.
which is indeed true, he is outside.
Talk about excellent service.
Car for the day!
I prefer the airport transfer's transport thou.
But this is really good enough.
I told him that I wanna shop at the Biggest mall in Bali!
& He took us to Galleria!
Not much but we did manage to buy some stuff back.
There's not much diff in terms of their pricing as compared to Sg.
Just that their's is in Rupiah and ours in SGD.
So, we didn't really buy anything.
Couldn't managed to find him after that and we sat down at Starbucks!
Green tea frappe Venti size at less than SGD 6!!!!

So cuteeee!
It cost less than SGD5 -.-
*sidetrack, I came back to sg to find out that they cost about $15.
I should had buy back in bulk and give them away.
LOL.
seriouslyyyyyy.
It's so cheap that both of us couldn't finish the entire box during supper time
& we decide to just leave it in the Villa
Really regret it now.

Now that I crave for baby pop but I can't bare to spend so much
After that we went to Discovery!
& Kuta beach is just behind the Mallllll

Initially wanted to get this bag for daddy
but I don't know if it's real!
it cost like $100 for the brown bag (middle one)
& the small (iPad like clutch) cost $70
Abit out of our budget.
But it's so pretty!
Then I regretted it also cause daddy says its very pretty and it is worth it :/

Just when we are looking for food to fill our tummy....

& kj was like : OMGGGG LETS GO.
LOL.
The root beer float is so awesome that I wish I can import them back to SG.
LOL
Then after shopping,
We went back to the beach.
HAHAHA.
See what I told you,
Beach>shop>beach>shop.
The weather at Bali is like super duper HOT.
We became so much tanner after the trip!
The sands glitters and the water is so clear & transparent!
I think we were pretty lucky cause Kuta beach was quite clean that day.
I heard from my tour agency that it was normally quite dirty.
I can stay there forever.
(minus the heat)

He and my shopping loots.
Then the driver brought us to Nua sa Dua (two-island) beach
It's partly private beach for the hotel guest.
Most 5 star hotels are located here.
St.regis, Shang and etc.
Wedding decor as there is a wedding event going on at night!
Not much thou cause when we are there it's low tide :(
There are certain beaches at Bali that have constant tide and certain beaches that have different tide every few hours.
Then it's dinner time!
Went to Jimbaran Beach for seafood.
Entry fee of 5,000 Rp
Coconut that is x3 bigger size than my head.
Was there at about 5+/6pm
Ordered and just walk around the beach barefooted!

Every 5 mins we can hear and see airplanes landing.
So so so many tourist.
Seriouslyyyyyy.
It just remind me of the bad experience I had at the immigration checkpoint.
But ohwell, Bali is a famous tourist destination.
No doubt, I can totally understand why there is planes landing every 5 mins.
Everything is too awesome here.
SEAFOOOOD.
I think we spent close to 1million on this meal?
It's not very awesome
But not that bad.
I think we are paying more for the atmosphere than food.
& sunset. (not very pretty but good enuff)

Anyw, Jimbaran beach is filled with seafood restaurant within the entire stretch.
So take your time to pick.
Our driver recommended this to us because he said this restaurant seafood is the freshest out of the whole.
I think the price is pretty okay as compared to the others also
cause it goes by weight.
But I saw quite a few bad reviews on the internet.
I think its okay to try if you are at Bali for the first time.
But definitely, I won't be going back again cause I don't think its worth the price.
I can have so much better and tastier food around Bali with the amount that I paid.
Then he took us to Seminyak square for windowcar-shopping
LOL.
He drove us around and explain the various road.
So happening at Seminyak area at night.
& dropped us back at our villa at 8pm.
Went for a dip before washing up.
The pool is maintain at a certain temp and that's why it is not freezing cold.
& Kj booked the driver again for our last day.

We paid the driver for SGD 50 from 10-7pm
It quite affordable but it's considered pretty ex in Bali.
Plus, we only changed 300SGD to Rp. so we paid a total of about 1/3 of our expenses on our driver
because we booked him the next day as well.
I think having a driver is so much more convenient cause he wait for us while we shop and will recommend and explain the famous attraction to us.
But taking a cab is obviously cheaper. I think the max I heard was about $2-3 for a trip.
But we were actually pretty worried cause the area around our Villa is pretty dark at night.
There are practically no street lamps-.-
Thou we are staying at tourist area but it's the outskirt of that tourist area.
& the driver even told us that actually we are staying beside Bali's largest Jail.
Which explain why there are no street lamps.
We don't even know until he told us that.
But anyhow, our Villa is 100% occupied and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Don't recommend this Villa to you guys cause I think there are so much better hotels out there.
So thankful that we had a driver.
I think that was the best decision we made.
If not, I don't think day two would be so fruitful.
